A huge shipping container transformed into a workshop

What do you do when you receive a huge shipping container from the local port??? obviously a workshop for the locals to learn skills and a way of keeping the teens out of the street where violence and drugs prevail. HMO bought the equipment and hired trainers for a few months to get this off the ground. Several "graduates" since then!!
